On August 29, 2025, to ensure the safe, stable, and efficient resumption of production after the maintenance and repair following the production halt, the company organized on-site training on systematic operating procedures and pre-start safety education and training, aiming to comprehensively enhance employees' safety operation skills and risk prevention awareness.

This training was divided into two parts: theoretical reinforcement and on-site practical operation. At the theoretical training site (as shown in Figure 1), all employees gathered in the conference room, looking attentive. The theme of "safety production training and education before resuming production after shutdown for maintenance" was prominently displayed on the projection screen. The training focused on core content such as the resumption plan, risks associated with changes in process equipment, safety characteristics of specific materials in the diol diether series products, and emergency response plans, providing a solid theoretical foundation for the company's resumption of production.

Theory guides practice, and practice deepens understanding. Subsequently, the focus of the training shifted to the production site (as shown in Figure 2). In the plant area, experienced technical experts conducted on-site lectures, demonstrating and explaining item by item the confirmation of equipment status after maintenance, the opening and closing sequence of valves and pipelines, the commissioning of the DCS system, and the key points for safe operation of ether products. The trainees, wearing blue and yellow safety helmets, observed the equipment carefully and actively asked questions. Through "face-to-face and hands-on" on-site teaching, they internalized safety procedures in their hearts and externalized them in their actions.

This training is closely integrated with the company's products and production practices, with detailed content and a focus on practical results. It effectively strengthens the responsibility awareness of all employees to "safety first, prevention foremost", and genuinely improves their ability to perform safe operations and handle emergencies. It tightens the "ideological valve" and fastens the "safety buckle" for the smooth start-up and long-term safe and stable operation of the subsequent diol diether production line.
